NEW COVID – 19 TELEHEALTH SERVICES

Changed made by Medicare on 1st October 2020,  for Bulk billing telehealth services, have been changed. Patient with a chronic disease, covid -19 patients and those showing covid symptoms are the only patient that can be bulked billed. You must also have an established clinical relationship with your GP or our practice to use this service. There are limited exceptions to this requirement.

For all other patient requesting telehealth services, a private fee is payable. Fees are in line with our standard fee structure.
