Our Doctors endeavor to return telephone calls when possible throughout the day. If your message is urgent, please communicate this to staff when calling.

Northbridge Medical Practice takes any concerns, feedback or complaints very seriously.
How to voice your concerns or advice a complaint:
All complaints should be directed to our Practice Manager in written form to:

You will receive a response within 24hrs during working days
If you prefer to discuss the matter in person, please contact Michelle Watson on 9958 7104 to arrange a suitable time.
All correspondence via mail will be acknowledged on receipt. Responses will be provided within 30 days.
