Our Services

Consultations are by appointment only and appointments are usually available on the day for acute illness, but urgent cases will be seen by the first available doctor.
In case of emergencies, please ring 000 and ask for an Ambulance.



We have engaged an after hours doctor service to provide house calls outside our opening hours, including public holidays.

The After Hours Doctors Service provides consultations in your home. Their phone number is 13 SICK or 137 425.

The after hours doctor will always provide your usual doctor with a written report regarding your consultation.

  • Childhood immunizations – including 4 year old Healthy Kids Checks
  • Woman’s Health – Pap smears, Insertion of Implanon, Contraceptive advice, Pregnancy/Fertility Counselling
  • Men’s Health – General medical checks, heart checks, prostate checks, E.D. advice
  • Aged care services including 75+ health assessments
  • Veterans Care including the CVC program
  • Travel vaccinations. We are WHO approved to administer Yellow Fever vaccine
  • Skin checks and minor surgery
  • Comprehensive Health Assessments for Diabetes, Asthma & other chronic diseases
  • ECG & Spirometry
  • Mental Health Services – Counselling for depression, anxiety and other mental health issues
  • Home visits are provided for long term patients if you are too unwell to come to the surgery

Corporate Services

  • Comprehensive medical health assessments and pre-employment/insurance/annual health checks, as well as 45 – 49 year old health checks.
  • Travel advice and vaccinations.
  • Seasonal flu vaccinations can be arranged for you staff at your business location.

We can organize appointment times before, or after work, to assist with your time management. In order to expedite any tests that you may need, pathology collection services are located in our building.

All our visiting Allied health professionals are independent health providers.
Audiologists are specialists who assess how well people hear, and they use various technologies and therapies to help people with
hearing and balance problems.

Psychologist Olivia Loughnan

BHRM, BPsychSc, PostGradDipPsych

Psychologist Olivia Loughnan (BHRM, BPsychSc, PostGradDipPsych) is currently completing her PhD (Medicine) in the area of self-diagnosing and health anxiety. She has a passion for assisting adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety and depressive symptoms. Olivia also has a strong interest in distorted eating habits and eating disorders.

Olivia has previously worked at Macquarie University in the anxiety and depressive clinic assisting clients in the public with their symptoms through assessment and intervention. In addition to private practice Olivia also works in the inpatient ward at Northside Group in the eating disorder unit running treatment groups. She is also a board approved psychology supervisor for psychology postgraduate students looking at gaining registration.


Services provided include:

  • Adult and Pediatric Audiometric Hearing testing (age 2 and a half onwards) incl. tympanometry.
  • Free services for Pensioners and eligible DVA card holders (incl. free hearing aids).
  • Hearing aid fittings (most brands), repairs, batteries and accessories.
  • Absolute latest technology including noise reduction.
  • Rehabilitation services.
  • Earmoulds, earplugs for swimming, hearing protection, musicians.
  • Audio monitors for musicians and racing car drivers.
  • Ear wax removal (curette and syringing)

Audiology services are provided in the practice by ‘WHAT Hearing’.

Italian is spoken fluently by Damian O’Connor, the principal Audiologist.
