Dr Olivia Loughnan

Psychologist Dr Olivia Loughnan has recently completed her PhD (Medicine) in the area of self-diagnosing and health anxiety. She has a passion for assisting adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety and depressive symptoms. Olivia also has a strong interest in distorted eating habits and eating disorders.

 

Olivia has previously worked at Macquarie University in the anxiety and depressive clinic assisting clients in the public with their symptoms through assessment and intervention.

 

In addition to private practice Olivia also works in the inpatient ward at Northside Group in the eating disorder unit running treatment groups. She is also a board approved psychology supervisor for psychology postgraduate students looking at gaining registration.
